If you’re generally looking to boost your energy levels or take your athletic performance to the next level, cordyceps is for you. It's like coffee but without the jitters and midday crash.

How to use: Start by shaking you bottle then add 1ml - 3ml into your coffee, smoothie, protein shake or whatever your drink of choice! We suggest you start with 1ml per day and increase until you notice the benefits, then you have found the sweet spot, your perfect dose.  If taking daily, 100ml can last anywhere from 1 - 3 months depending on usage.

N.B. You don't have to use these drops daily to get the benefits, if you prefer to use them intermittently, just use them as and when you feel like you need a boost (we recommend up to 5ml if used in this way).
