Lion’s Mane - Hericium Erinaceus (Lions Mane) Glycerite 1:3 60%
Reishi - Ganoderma lucidum (LING ZHI) Glycerite 1:3 60%
Can you take more than one mushroom at a time? The answer is 100% YES. This is called mushroom stacking, they can work on your body + mind synergistically, each with its own super power.
How to use: Start by shaking you bottle then add 1ml - 3ml into your coffee, smoothie, protein shake or whatever your drink of choice! We suggest you start with 1ml per day and increase until you notice the benefits, then you have found the sweet spot, your perfect dose. If taking daily, 100ml can last anywhere from 1 - 3 months depending on usage.
N.B. You don't have to use these drops daily to get the benefits, if you prefer to use them intermittently, just use them as and when you feel like you need a boost (we recommend up to 5ml if used in this way).

This is the perfect starter pack for anyone interested in trying mushroom adaptogens! I started taking them at the beginning of December and have already noticed a difference in my focus, sleep and how I feel in my body after only 1 month.
I have always suffered with inflammation and auto-immune conditions by the trio pack has been a life saver in trying to find some balance and relief. When I am struggling with a flare up it can affect my energy and sleep particularly, but the combination of lions mane and reishi has had such a calming and energising effect. I wake up less foggy after taking reishi before bed, and the addition of cordyceps and lions mane keeps me so much more focused and alert during the day.
